Jordan Howard is the President of Cinergy Growth, where he drives member value through strategic programming, coaching partnerships, and high-impact introductions. With 15+ years of experience scaling high-growth companies, Jordan brings a rare combination of financial expertise and operational depth. He previously scaled a contingency-based SaaS company from $500K to $12M in four years, led finance for a freight brokerage, and worked with a private equity group before founding his consulting firm Launcher Solutions. He also manages The Yorktown Fund, a fund that provides non dilutive capital to early stage SaaS companies as an alternative to Venture Capital. Jordan is the connective tissue between Cinergy's members and the resources they need to play bigger.
Mike is a co-founder and CEO at DeveloperTown (a AI product development and enablement firm), a co-founder of FullStack (PEO providing HR and benefits consulting), the founder of Tenant Tracker (a commercial real estate SaaS product-company), a co-founder of Waterly (SaaS software for water and wastewater), a co-founder of OpsStitch (a SaaS software for early stage governance), a co-founder of Start Something Ventures (a midwest-based angel investment syndicate), and most importantly a co-founder of Cinergy Growth (a trade guild for revenue generators and innovators)! Mike hosts the Venture Declassified Podcast (tips and tricks for first time angel investors) and the Innovation Series Podcast (lessons learned from entrepreneurs and industry innovators). He has worked at High Alpha, a B2B SaaS VC firm, as an advisor and in their portfolio company Doxly (now Litera) that focused on automating M&A transactions for large law firms. Bob is a Founding Partner in Start Something Ventures, a Midwest based angel network of 300 members focused on investing in and supporting the founding teams of early-stage software and technology enabled businesses. Bob is currently a board member, investor or advisor for multiple family office, VC and PE backed startup and growth stage companies. Stan Collesano brings a unique and diverse background to the world of IT Mergers & Acquisitions and Exit Strategy to his clients, and a 25-year track record as a corporate and transaction attorney, a strategic and financial advisor to lower middle market organizations and more recently as a tech entrepreneur.During his 15 years as an attorney, Stan practiced in the areas of Business and Corporate law, handling corporate formation, negotiation, transactional and litigation matters, along with specialized Insurance Defense for clients such as General Motors, Dunlop Tire Corporation, Pepsi, and many major insurance companies. During his legal career, he has represented both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions.Later, as a Business Consultant and Coach, merging his law and accounting degrees he advised executives and small to medium size companies ranging from $1 million to $50 million in revenue. As part of his consulting services, Stan provided detailed evaluations and recommendations for new business ventures as well as performed compressive due diligence review and analysis to prepare companies for M&A transactions.

She is the Founder and CEO of FiBrick, a New York–based firm providing tax, accounting, and fractional CFO services to growing companies. She has guided businesses through funding rounds, mergers, acquisitions, and exits, and supported numerous technology startups. Previously, she served as Controller of Handy and held accounting leadership roles at Time Inc. and other Fortune 500 companies, as well as startups and small businesses. Brian Peterson is a co-founder and CEO of Outrigger Group, bringing deep expertise as a finance, operations, and accounting executive across industries including technology, cybersecurity, manufacturing, venture capital, healthcare, and services — with experience spanning early-stage startups to multinational corporations, and he specializes in helping companies navigate inflection points such as preparing for M&A, capital raises, managing rapid growth, executing pivots, or leading turnarounds through fractional CFO and COO engagements where he focuses on corporate and financial strategy, M&A readiness, forecast modeling, process management, and the training and mentoring of key staff and C-suite executives; he began his career in the controllership services department of UHY Advisors working with small businesses, high-growth companies, family offices, and large private and public companies before moving into the startup world where he held full-time CFO, COO, and CEO roles at several SaaS and data companies prior to launching his solo fractional executive consultancy and ultimately co-founding Outrigger Group, where he has supported numerous clients through exits, capital raises, and other major inflection points, and he is known for his ability to quickly identify connections between corporate strategy, finance, operations, sales, and product and translate that clarity into forward-looking action while remaining level-headed in high-pressure situations and working effectively with founders, board members, investors, and staff, and he holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA from Drake University.

Sharon brings a hands-on, people-first approach, serving as the bridge between vision and action.
I work on the Member Development side of Cinergy, focused on bringing new members and prospects into the community through outreach campaigns and lead generation. I also coordinate strategic introductions and manage the follow-through that keeps Cinergy's pipeline moving — making sure the right connections happen and nothing gets lost in the process.
